Tri-County is contract to provide early head start services to qualifying families in Black Hawk County with a child birth through age 3 years.

Operation Threshold is contracted to provide parent education classes through their NEST program as well as home visiting through Parents as Teachers.

Young Parents Together is a parent education program for pregnant and parenting teens.

The food bank is providing support for essential needs to families with children ages 0-5 years old in the family.
