Central Iowa Juvenile Detention Center

The Central Iowa Juvenile Detention Center is the employer of record for the Cedar Valley's Promise Executive Director.

Child Care Resource & Referral of Northeast Iowa (a program of Exceptional Persons) is funded to provide child care consultation, training and nurse consultation services in Black Hawk County.

Lutheran Services in Iowa (LSI) is contracted to provide home visitation services for families with children prenatal through age 5 as well as for Coordinated Intake via Parent Pals.

Tri-County is contract to provide early head start services to qualifying families in Black Hawk County with a child birth through age 3 years.

Operation Threshold is contracted to provide parent education classes through their NEST program.

Young Parents Together is a parent education program for pregnant and parenting teens.
